Our hand crafted Chocolates and Candies are made with some Europian know-how and lots of Australian flair

Established in Sydney in 1996, Candlelight Confectionery is a family business which grew from a desire to provide the Australian market with an exceptional handmade chocolate that could be delivered to the end consumer straight from the factory.

We source the best Swiss chocolate couverture, natural flavours and where possible, Australian grown or manufactured inclusions.  We believe that if you use the best  ingredients,  you cannot but have an exquisite final product.

 The most significant part of our business to date has been to supply major hotels and other corporate entities around Australia with their personalised gifts.  We have also been called upon to supply specialised displays and themed centrepieces for visiting dignitaries.   As manufacturers we have a great deal of flexibility to be able to fulfil our client’s needs.

We have recently launched our Tonton’s  Handcrafted  range of products which are a compilation of our Chef’s favourites: in mixed boxes, truffle delights, caramel indulgence or  his real labour of love –The Caramel Mushroom.
